High-strength ceramic biscuit and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic manufacturing, in particular to a high-strength ceramic biscuit and a preparation process thereof. The high-strength ceramic biscuit is prepared by stirring and mixing, by mass, 8-15 parts of wollastonite, 10-20 parts of Zhangcun soil, 6-8 parts of enclosure soil, 2-4 parts of Yongchun soil, 5-7 parts of star soil, 4-6 parts of ceramic powder, 20-30 parts of water and 30-60 parts of ceramic reinstrengthment; wherein the ceramic reinstrengthment comprises an organic curing agent, silicon dioxide and a metal reducing agent which are stirred and mixed, and the mass ratio of the polymer to the silicon dioxide to the metal reducing agent is 1: (2-3): (2-3). The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing ceramic slurry, water andthe ceramic reinstrengthr, and grinding in a ball mill to obtain ceramic pug; and carrying out hot pressed sintering on the ceramic pug to obtain a ceramic biscuit.
