The invention discloses a multifunctional composite ceramic filter element. The filter element comprises a filter element body, a K-type ceramic layer, a reduction ceramic layer, a far infrared ceramic layer, an M-type ceramic layer and a P-type ceramic layer, a cavity is formed in the filter element body, the K-type ceramic layer, the M-type ceramic layer, the far infrared ceramic layer, the reduction ceramic layer and the P-type ceramic layer are sequentially arranged in the cavity from top to bottom, filter holes are formed in the top of the cavity, and a water outlet hole is formed in thebottom of the cavity. The invention further discloses components of the K-type ceramic layer, the reduction ceramic layer, the far infrared ceramic layer, the M-type ceramic layer and the P-type ceramic layer. Tap water can be converted into weakly alkaline water which is rich in negative ions, high in oxygen content, small in water molecular beam, beneficial to health, ionized and mineralized andeasy to absorb by a human body by utilizing the micro-electrolysis principle of tourmaline.
