The invention relates to a construction method for an underground diaphragm wall to penetrate through an underground structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a road surface at the top of a channel is treated; S2, a water retaining ridge is arranged in the channel, specifically, the water retaining ridge prevents mortar or water for pouring a deep guide wall from overflowing everywhere in the channel; S3, full scaffolds are erected in the channel, specifically, the full scaffolds are erected at the tops of a bottom plate and a middle plate; S4, a top plate and the middle plate in the area of the deep guide wall are removed, specifically, the top plate and the middle plate below a pit are cut by adopting a cutting machine; S5, the deep guide wall is poured, specifically, a1, reinforcing steel bars of the deep guide wall are bound, specifically, the reinforcing steel bars of the deep guide wall are directly bound to the ground position from the position ofthe bottom plate; a2, a deep guide wall formwork is installed; and a3, concrete of the deep guide wall is poured, specifically, the concrete of the deep guide wall is poured and formed in a graded mode; S6, layered backfilling is carried out in the channel, specifically, the top plates on the two sides and the middle of the deep guide wall are broken and backfilled, and layered backfilling and rolling are carried out in the channel; and S7, grooving construction of the underground diaphragm wall is carried out in the deep guide wall. The construction method has the effects of preventing slurry from flowing outwards and preventing the groove wall from collapsing during construction of the underground diaphragm wall.
