The underground structure construction method comprises the steps that the integrity and perpendicularity of the existing underground diaphragm wall are confirmed; a newly-built underground diaphragm wall is constructed, and the foundation pit area is divided into a plurality of small foundation pits through the existing underground diaphragm wall; a first layer of earthwork is excavated for the multiple small foundation pits, and horizontal supports are constructed; excavating a second layer of earthwork and a third layer of earthwork for the plurality of small foundation pits, and constructing horizontal supports; excavating the fourth and fifth layers of earthwork of the middle small foundation pit, and excavating the small foundation pits on the two sides close to the existing underground diaphragm wall in a sloping manner; a middle bottom plate and a middle underground structure of the middle small foundation pit; construction of a middle underground structure is completed; excavating fourth-layer earthwork of the small foundation pits on the two sides, and constructing a fourth horizontal support; excavating the fifth-layer earth of the small foundation pits on the two sides, and constructing bottom plates on the two sides; construction of underground structures on the two sides is completed; an underground structure is formed through the floor slab and the bottom plate. The problem that an existing underground diaphragm wall affects the construction progress of a foundation pit and an underground building can be solved.
