The sliding rail type stone assembling and installing structure comprises metalstand columns, metal connecting pieces, metal cross beams, unit decorative stone panels, stone hanging pieces, sliding wheels and embedded parts. The embedded parts are installed in a wall body and fixedly connected with the metal stand columns through corner braces. The metal stand columns are fixedly connected with the metal cross beams through the metal connecting pieces. A sliding groove is formed in the end, away from the wall body, of the metal cross beams in the horizontal direction. One sides of the stone hanging pieces are fixedly connected with the unit decorative stone panels, andthe sliding wheels are arranged on the other end parts of the stone hanging pieces; and the sliding wheels are embedded into the sliding groove of the metal cross beams to form a sliding structure.
