Sliding rail type stone assembling and mounting structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a sliding rail type stone assembling and mounting structure and a construction method thereof. The problems that a stone curtain wall is poor in horizontal shear resistance and low in anti-seismic property at a horizontal abutted seam are solved. The connecting grooves with the groove bottom width larger than the groove opening width are formed in the tops and the bottoms of the stone panels, and during installation, the middle connecting strips matched with the connecting grooves in cross section area are jointly inserted into the vertically-adjacent connecting grooves, so that the vertically-adjacent two layers of stone panels are hooked into a whole; and the horizontal shear resistance of the stone panel at the horizontal abutted seam is enhanced. Meanwhile, the matching structure of the connecting grooves and the middle connecting strips can also prevent rainwater from permeating into the curtain wall from the horizontal abutted seams of the adjacent stone panels.
本发明提供了一种滑轨式石材装配安装构造及其施工方法,解决了石材幕墙在水平拼缝处的抗水平剪切性能较差,抗震性能较低的问题。本发明在石材面板的顶部和底部均开设有槽底宽度大于槽口宽度的连接槽,在安装时,上下相邻的连接槽内共同插入与其横截面积相适配的中间连接条,以把上下相邻的两层石材面板被钩挂成一体,增强石材面板在其水平拼缝处的抗水平剪切性能。同时,连接槽和中间连接条的配合结构也能够防止雨水从相邻的石材面板的水平拼缝处渗入幕墙内。
