The invention discloses a sound insulation roof manufacturing method and a sound insulation roof. The method comprises the following steps that a suspended ceiling installation standard wire, a side keel lower rubber-covered wire, a main keel position wire and a suspension point position snapping wire are arranged; drilling is conducted on a floor slab based on the suspension point position snapping wire, and one end installed with a suspension rod is arranged in a hole of the floor slab; elastic flat-top hanging bars are fixed to the hanging rod, and the distance among the elastic flat-top hanging bars is made to be 1200 mm; a main keel is fixed on the suspension rod based on a first hanger and the main keel is leveled; a secondary keel is vertically fixed on the main keel based on a second hanger; rock wool is laid on the secondary keel based on the distance among the secondary keels; a transverse supporting keel is vertically fixed on the secondary keel based on an inserting body, the transverse supporting keel is enabled to be flush with the bottom surface of the secondary keel, and edged special-shaped keels or aluminum angle beads are installed; and gypsum boards are installed on the secondary keel and the transverse supporting keel in a staggered joint mode. The sound insulation standard based on the method reaches NC-15, namely, the highest standard of the current acoustics requirement is reached.
