Inorganic millstone toughened floor and making method thereof
The invention discloses an inorganic millstone toughened floor. The inorganic millstone toughened floor comprises a dry powder interface agent layer which uniformly coats a concrete base layer; a resin mortar layer which is uniformly spread on the dry powder interface agent layer; a silicon crystal curing agent layer which permeates into the resin mortar layer; a high-strength putty layer; and a nano coating layer. The making method of the inorganic millstone toughened floor comprises the steps of pretreatment, staged grinding and polishing and film coating. The floor is formed by combining resin mortar with a silicon crystal curing agent and a nano coating; free calcium in the silicon crystal curing agent permeates into the resin mortar to produce a chemical reaction, crystals are generated, and meanwhile capillary holes in the resin mortar layer are blocked, so that the overall compactness is improved, and the floor has higher wear resistance and hardness; and the free calcium in thesilicon crystal curing agent and the resin mortar are subjected to the chemical reaction quickly, so that the floor has high early strength and can adapt to cross construction.
