Preparation process of multi-layer millstone floor
The invention relates to the technical field of terrazzo floors, in particular to a multi-layer terrazzo floor preparation process which comprises the following steps: laying a supporting reinforcing layer on the floor; paving a paving layer on the supporting and strengthening layer, the paving layer comprises at least two layers of zoning layers from bottom to top, and the patterns, and/or colors and/or materials between the adjacent zoning layers are different; and the outermost layer is polished off according to use requirements. And during multi-layer zoning layer paving, the next zoning layer needs to be hardened, and then the previous zoning layer needs to be paved. When the ground appearance needs to be replaced, only the upper layer is required to be polished off to expose the required layer, the effect of quickly replacing the ground appearance can be achieved, and compared with a traditional ground appearance replacing mode, the millstone ground laid by the process is greatly improved in replacing efficiency, effectively shortened in replacing time and high in practicability. And the operation is simple and convenient.
本发明涉及磨石地面技术领域,尤其是一种多层次磨石地面制备工艺,包括以下步骤:在地面上铺设支撑强化层;在支撑强化层上铺设摊铺层,其中摊铺层包括由下到上至少两层区分层,相邻所述区分层之间的图案、和/或颜色、和/或材质不同;根据使用需求打磨掉最外层的区分层。多层区分层摊铺时,需要使下一层的区分层硬化后再摊铺上一层的区分层。当需要更换地面外观的时候,只需要打磨掉上层的区分层,使所需的区分层裸露出来即可,能够达到快速更换地面外观的效果,相对于传统更换地面外观的方式,本工艺铺设的磨石地面更换效率大大提高,有效缩短更换时间,并且操作简单方便。
