Building outer wall spraying method based on intelligent spraying robot
The invention discloses a building outer wall spraying method based on an intelligent spraying robot. The building outer wall spraying method comprises the steps: controlling a retracting and releasing assembly of a retracting and releasing device to operate, so as to enable a robot body to ascend or descend on a current spraying line, and meanwhile controlling the spraying assembly to draw paintfrom a paint box and spray the paint to a building outer wall; judging whether the robot body reaches the endpoint position of the current spraying line or not; and when the robot body reaches the endpoint position of the current spraying line, controlling the frame body of the retracting and releasing device to transversely translate by one step pitch. According to the building outer wall spraying method based on the intelligent spraying robot, by controlling operation of the retracting and releasing assembly and transverse translation of the frame body, the robot body can automatically conduct spraying operation on the building outer wall along a wavy track, the controller can also automatically supplement the paint according to the residual value of the paint in the paint box, the required manual interference is less, manual direct participation is not needed, the construction cost is low, and no personnel risk exists.
本发明公开了一种基于智能喷涂机器人的建筑外墙喷涂方法,方法包括:控制收放装置的收放组件运转,以使机器人本体在当前喷涂线路上升高或降低,同时控制喷涂组件从涂料箱汲取涂料并将涂料喷洒至建筑外墙上;判断机器人本体是否到达当前喷涂线路的端点位置;当机器人本体到达当前喷涂路线的端点位置,控制收放装置的架体横向平移一个步距。本发明的基于智能喷涂机器人的建筑外墙喷涂方法通过控制收放组件运转及架体进行横向平移,可使机器人本体在建筑外壁上自动沿波浪形轨迹进行喷涂作业,在优选的实施例中,控制器还可以根据涂料箱内涂料的余量值自动补充涂料,需要的人工干涉少,不需要人工直接参与,施工成本低且无人员风险。
