Portable building formwork assembling method
The invention discloses a portable building formwork assembling method. The portable building formwork assembling method comprises the following steps that firstly, a formwork body with a proper sizeis selected according to a reinforcing mesh needing to be surrounded at the position, and then notches of a first pressing plate strip and a second pressing plate strip which are provided with notchestogether are oppositely and mutually meshed to form a latticed structure; the junction of the first pressing plate strip and the second pressing plate strip which are of the latticed structure is regarded as a joint; the distance and the depth between every two adjacent notches are the same, the width of each notch is equal to the thickness of the corresponding pressing plate strip, the first pressing plate strip and the second pressing plate strip which are meshed are pressed on the formwork body, then a pressing block base plate is buckled at the joint, and a pen penetrates through an insertion hole to draw a mark on the formwork body to serve as the position for installing foot fixing blocks in the later period. The first pressing plate strips and the second pressing plate strips can be spliced into the latticed structure on the ground when the portable building formwork structure is used, installation is convenient, expansion force generated by one side of the formwork body in thegrouting process is effectively decomposed when the formwork is used, and the bulging phenomenon is avoided.
本发明公开了一种轻便式建筑模板组装方法,包括以下步骤,先根据该处需要包围的钢筋网选择适当大小的模板本体,之后再将开有缺口的压板条一和压板条二的缺口相对相互咬合在一起呈网格状结构;呈网格状结构的压板条一和压板条二的交界处视为一个节点;所述的相邻的两个缺口之间的距离和深度均相同,且缺口的宽度等于压板条的厚度,将咬合后的压板条一和压板条二按在模板本体上,再用压块基板扣在节点处,用笔穿过插孔在模板本体上画上记号作为后期安装脚固定块的位置。本发明可以在使用时在地面即可将压板条一和压板条二拼装呈网格状结构,方便安装,并且在使用时让模板本体的一侧在注浆时产生的膨胀力得到有效分解,避免出现鼓起的现象。
