The active and passive integrated suspension type electromagnetically driven active tuning mass damper comprises a suspension device, a mass block suspended below the suspension device, an electromagnetic driving device arranged below the mass block and aprotection base located below the electromagnetic driving device. A first arc-shaped structure is arranged at the bottom of the mass block, a second arc-shaped structure with the curvature consistentwith that of the first arc-shaped structure is arranged at the top of the electromagnetic driving device, a first electromagnetic induction element is installed on the mass block, a second electromagnetic induction element is installed on the electromagnetic driving device, different electromagnetic driving forces are formed by changing the current in the first electromagnetic induction element orthe second electromagnetic induction element, and the direction of the electromagnetic driving forces is parallel to the tangential direction of a track formed by the simple pendulum motion of the mass block.
