The invention provides a locking type lock structure. The locking type lock structure comprises a main shell, a locking clutch and a lock catch. A lock catch containing hole is formed in the side wallof the main shell, a movable spring bolt is arranged in the lock catch containing hole, the spring bolt is supported by a spring bolt spring below the spring bolt, and the lock catch can be insertedinto the lock catch containing hole and meshed with the spring bolt. The locking clutch is adjacent to the spring bolt, the locking clutch further comprises a motor and a locking shaft connected withthe motor, the locking shaft is provided with a C-shaped locking side wall surrounding the spring bolt, when the motor rotates, the C-shaped locking side wall is driven to rotate, and when the C-shaped locking side wall is rotated into the space below the spring bolt, the spring bolt is locked, and the lock catch meshed with the spring bolt is locked. When the C-shaped locking side wall rotates out of the lower portion of the spring bolt, the spring bolt is released, and the lock catch can be disengaged from the spring bolt. The invention further provides a notebook with the locking type lockstructure.
