The invention discloses an automobile door hinge. The automobile door hinge comprises an automobile door hinge body, an automobile body hinge and a pivot, wherein the automobile door hinge body comprises a first pivoting part, a first mounting part and a first connecting arm connected to the side face of the first pivoting part and the first mounting part, a first eccentric shaft hole is formed inthe first pivoting part, the automobile body hinge comprises a second pivot joint part, a second mounting part and a second connecting arm connected to the side face of the second pivot joint part and the second mounting part, the second pivot joint part is provided with a second eccentric shaft hole, the end face of the second pivot joint part is opposite to the end face of the first pivot jointpart, and the pivot is rotatably inserted into the first eccentric shaft hole and the second eccentric shaft hole. The automobile door hinge solves the problems that when the distance between the axis of a hinge shaft of a traditional automobile door hinge and the installation face of the automobile body side and the automobile door side is changed, different profile steel or forged blanks must be adopted for machining, the blanks are various in variety but similar in appearance, a large amount of mold cost is increased, and quality risks are generated due to material mixing easily.
