The invention discloses a corrugated steel drainage ditch structure. The corrugated steel drainage ditch structure is arranged in a preset or excavated channel and comprises a drainage ditch body, thedrainage ditch body is arranged at the bottom of the channel, a corrugated steel upper cover body is arranged above an opening of the drainage ditch body, the corrugated steel upper cover body is formed by connecting a plurality of corrugated steel plates in the length direction of the corrugated steel upper cover body, and a plurality of groups of drain holes are formed in each corrugated steelplate at equal intervals; and gravels are backfilled in the channel above the corrugated steel upper cover body to form a macadam drainage base layer, the gravels are larger than the inner diameters of the drain holes, and a porous concrete drainage base layer and an asphalt stabilized macadam drainage base layer are sequentially arranged above the macadam drainage base layer. According to the corrugated steel drainage ditch structure, the corrugated steel upper cover body or a corrugated steel pipeline adopts a prefabricating and assembling technology, corrugated steel is connected with the drainage ditch body after being connected and formed through flanges, and assembling and splicing are easy, fast, trouble-saving and labor-saving; and meanwhile, a good permeation effect is provided, and accumulated water drainage of tunnel pavements and common pavements can be completed.
本发明公开了一种波纹钢排水沟结构,设置于预设或挖掘而成的渠道中,包括排水沟沟身,排水沟沟身设于渠道底部,在排水沟沟身的开口上方设置波纹钢上盖体,所述波纹钢上盖体由多块波纹钢板沿其长度方向连接构成,在所述波纹钢板上等间隔开设有多组泄水孔;在波纹钢上盖体上方的渠道内回填砾石构成碎石排水基层,所述砾石大于泄水孔的内径,在碎石排水基层上方依次设置多孔混凝土排水基层和沥青稳定碎石排水基层。本发明的波纹钢上盖体或波纹钢管道采用预制拼装技术,波纹钢通过法兰连接成型后与排水沟沟身连接,其组装拼接简单快捷省事省力;同时,本发明提供了良好的渗透效果,可完成隧道路面及普通路面积水排水。
