The environment-friendly durable composite rubber asphalt mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of 50#/70# road asphalt, 20-30 parts of waste tire rubber powder, 1-9 parts of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 0.5-1 part of a surfactant, 0.1-0.3 part of a stabilizer, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent and 2-4 parts of an odor remover. According to the invention, waste rubber powder is free of peculiar smell emission in an asphalt processing reaction process, so that harm to field construction personnel and the surrounding environment is avoided, the product performance is superior to that of a traditional rubber asphalt binder, aggregate can be completely wetted, an adhesive and the aggregate are not prone to stripping, water stability damage is avoided, and the asphalt concrete pavement is high in compactness, small in void ratio and enhanced in water resistance stability, so that the related performance of the asphalt pavement is greatly improved, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种环保型耐久性复合橡胶沥青混合料及其制备方法。它包含如下质量分数的各组分：50号/70号道路沥青80‑100份、废轮胎胶粉20‑30份、苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物1‑9份、表面活性剂0.5‑1份、稳定剂0.1‑0.3份、抗老化剂1‑3份、净味剂2‑4份。使废胶粉在与沥青加工反应过程中，无异味排放，从而避免了对现场施工人员和周边环境造成危害，最终使得产品性能优于传统橡胶沥青结合料，能够完全润湿集料，使粘合剂与集料不易剥离，从而避免了水稳破坏，同时，使得沥青混凝土路面压实度高，空隙率较小，路面抗水稳性增强，由此大大提高了沥青路面相关性能，延长了路面使用寿命。
