Thermal-insulation board and preparation method thereof
A disclosed thermal-insulation board comprises an insulation board body, an upper flame-retardant board and a lower flame-retardant board are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the insulation board body respectively, an upper panel is arranged at the upper end of the upper flame-retardant board, and a lower panel is arranged at the lower end of the lower flame-retardant board; the insulation board body is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-26 parts of cement, 8-15 parts of quartz sand, 4-12 parts of polymer latex powder, 1-3 parts of a water-retaining agent, 2-4 parts of an accelerant, 0.1-0.8 part of polypropylene fibers and 30-45 parts of water; the upper flame-retardant board and the lower flame-retardant board are made of the same raw materials, and the raw materials comprise, by weight, 1-3 parts of Portland cement, 50-80 parts of sand, 2-5 parts of volcanic rock aggregate, 0.1-0.8 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.2-0.7 part of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 0.2-0.8 part of a sodium gluconate retarder. Tensile force on the surface of the insulation board body is enhanced, pollution of raw materials to the environment is small, and environmental friendliness is high; the flame retardance of the thermal insulation board is improved; and the method is simple in process, convenient to operate and high in efficiency.
本发明公开了一种保温板材,包括保温板本体,所述保温板本体的上下端分别设有上阻燃板和下阻燃板,所述上阻燃板的上端设有上面板,所述下阻燃板的下端设有下面板;所述保温板本体的原料按重量份重量计如下:水泥20‑26份、石英砂8‑15份、聚合物乳胶粉4‑12份、保水剂1‑3份、促进剂2‑4份、聚丙烯纤维0.1‑0.8份以及水30‑45份;所述上阻燃板和下阻燃板的原料相同,其原料按重量份重量计如下:硅酸盐水泥1‑3份、砂子50‑80份、火山岩骨料2‑5份、聚丙烯纤维0.1‑0.8份、聚羧酸减水剂为0.2‑0.7份、葡萄糖酸钠缓凝剂0.2‑0.8份。本发明保温板本体表面拉力增强,且原料对环境的污染小,环保性高;提高该保温板材的阻燃性;本发明的方法工艺简单,操作便捷,效率高。
