The invention relates to thermal insulation mortar, and a thermal insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation mortar comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises a combination of silica sol, magnesium oxide, a water reducing agent, rubber powder, an adhesive, an auxiliary agent and a solvent; and the component B comprises a combinationof polystyrene particles and vitrified microbeads. According to the invention, a double-component split charging mode is adopted to simultaneously introduce silica sol, magnesium oxide, a water reducing agent and rubber powder into the component A, the four substances have a synergistic effect to effectively inhibit heat propagation of gas molecules, the component B composed of the polystyrene particles and the vitrified micro bubbles is cooperated, the organic material and the inorganic heat insulation material are combined to greatly improve the heat insulation performance, the fireproof performance, the waterproof performance, the high temperature resistance and the physical and mechanical properties of the material, and the construction period is short.
本发明涉及一种保温砂浆、保温板及其制备方法,所述保温砂浆包括组分A和组分B;所述组分A包括硅溶胶、氧化镁、减水剂、胶粉、胶黏剂、助剂和溶剂的组合;所述组分B包括聚苯乙烯颗粒和玻化微珠的组合。本发明采用双组份分装的方式,在组分A中同时引入硅溶胶、氧化镁、减水剂和胶粉,这四种物质协同作用,能有效抑制气体分子对热的传播,再配合由聚苯乙烯颗粒和玻化微珠共同组成的组分B,有机材料和无机保温材料相结合,很大程度提高了材料的保温性能、防火性能、防水性能、耐高温性能以及物理机械性能,且施工周期短。
