The invention discloses a method for producing high-performance concrete by utilizing industrial waste residues in the technical field of industrial waste residue production and utilization, which is characterized in that polymer fibers are added into the high-performance concrete produced by utilizing waste slag, so that microcracks of the concrete caused by factors such as solid plastic shrinkage, air shrinkage, temperature change and the like are effectively controlled; in addition, the water reducing agent is added, the slump of the concrete can be maintained, the mixing water consumption can be reduced, and the polymer rubber powder can increase the matching degree of all the components, so that compared with common foamed concrete, the concrete has better strength, and the natural protein foaming agent prepared from cottonseed protein is added, and therefore, the concrete has better foaming performance, and the cost of construction materials is reduced.
