The invention discloses a method for producing a composite admixture by using industrial waste residues, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, preparing materials: firstly preparing the industrial waste residues which are at least one of steel plant granulated blast furnace slag, manganese alloy slag, manganese alloy slag, power plant fly ash and power plant desulfurized gypsum, then preparing chemical raw materials, the chemical raw materials are at least two of calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and ferric oxide, then preparing a composite chemical strength exciting agent, then cleaning the solid materials, screening the powdery materials, then drying the screened and cleaned materials, then grinding the materials into superfine powder through a ball mill, and finally preparing the superfine powder. Relates to the technical field of building materials, and solves the problems that in the production process of the existing concrete composite admixture production process, raw materials are easy to lose due to improper process flow, the ratio of the raw materials is not accurate, and the use performance of the admixture is influenced.
