Microwave shielding concrete roadbed, microwave shielding road, manufacturing method of microwave shielding road and road deicing and snow melting method
The invention relates to a microwave shielding concrete roadbed, a microwave shielding road, a manufacturing method of the microwave shielding road and a road deicing and snow melting method. The concrete roadbed comprises a shielding layer which is formed by paving concrete and has the thickness of 15-20cm; a porous net layer laid on the shielding layer; a porous net protection layer laid on the porous net layer, wherein the thickness of the porous net protection layer is 2-3 cm, and the porous net protection layer is formed by paving concrete; and a reflecting layer which is laid on the porous net protecting layer, wherein the concrete comprises a conductive aggregate and an impedance admixture, the conductive aggregate is selected from at least one of magnetite, iron tailing sand and hematite, and the impedance admixture is selected from at least one of crystalline flake graphite, carbon black, steel slag powder and iron powder. The technical problem to be solved is that a road applying the microwave shielding concrete roadbed can shield microwaves emitted by a microwave deicing machine, so that the microwave deicing machine can better remove ice and snow, the popularization and application of the microwave deicing machine in China are expanded, and the microwave shielding concrete roadbed is more practical.
本发明是关于一种微波屏蔽混凝土路基、微波屏蔽道路及其制造方法和道路除冰融雪的方法。该混凝土路基包括:屏蔽层,采用混凝土铺筑形成,其厚度15~20cm;多孔网层,铺设于屏蔽层上;多孔网保护层,铺设于多孔网层上,其厚度2~3cm;多孔网保护层采用混凝土铺筑形成;反射层,铺设于多孔网保护层上;其中,混凝土中包括导电集料和阻抗性掺合料;导电集料选自磁铁矿、铁尾矿砂和赤铁矿中的至少一种;阻抗性掺合料选自鳞片石墨、炭黑、钢渣粉、铁粉中的至少一种。所要解决的技术问题是使应用所述微波屏蔽混凝土路基的道路能够屏蔽微波除冰机发射的微波,使微波除冰机能够较好地除冰雪,扩大微波除冰机在我国的推广应用,从而更加适于实用。
