The invention provides a construction method of a rotary drilling cast-in-place pile in a complex region of sea-filling geology. The construction method comprises the steps of surveying and setting out, construction of a first stirring pile, construction of a second stirring pile, embedding of a pile casing and moving of a drilling machine, hole forming of the drilling machine, final hole acceptance inspection and first-time hole cleaning, manufacturing and hoisting of a reinforcement cage, concrete pouring, shifting, pile body quality detection and the like. According to the technical scheme, the second stirring pile is arranged on the inner surrounding side of the cast-in-place pile of a foundation pit supporting structure, and soil around the cast-in-place pile is reinforced through the second stirring pile; and through construction site tests, the scheme is really feasible, hole collapse in the cast-in-place pile construction process is effectively avoided, and the pile forming quality is ensured.
本发明提供一种填海地质复杂区域旋挖钻孔灌注桩的施工方法,包括:测量放线、第一搅拌桩的施工、第二搅拌桩的施工、埋设护筒移动钻机、钻机成孔、终孔验收及第一次清孔、钢筋笼制作和吊装、灌注混凝土、移位以及桩身质量检测等步骤,本发明技术方案通过在基坑支护结构灌注桩的内围侧设置第二搅拌桩,通过第二搅拌桩加固灌注桩周边的土体,经过施工现场试验,该方案确实可行,有效避免了灌注桩施工过程出现塌孔,确保了成桩质量。
