The invention provides a lightweight concrete plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The lightweight concrete plate comprises a light steel frame, a reinforcing mesh arranged in the light steel frame, first alkali-resistant mesh cloth arranged on the upper surface of the reinforcing mesh, a steel skeleton arranged on the upper surface of the first alkali-resistant mesh cloth, a polymer anti-crack mortar surface layer arranged on the upper surface of the steel skeleton and second alkali-resistant mesh cloth arranged on the upper surface of the polymer anti-crack mortar surface layer, wherein the light steel frame comprises two main ribs and two end ribs; the two main ribs and the two end ribs are connected together in a welded mode to form the light steel frame; the two main ribs are galvanized ribs; and the two end ribs are galvanized ribs. The lightweight concrete plate provided by the invention not only has long durability and long service life, but also can improve the later strength and reduce the production cost.
本发明提供一种轻质混凝土板及其制造方法,包括轻钢框架、设置在轻钢框架中的钢筋网片、设置在钢筋网片上表面的第一耐减网格布、设置在第一耐减网格布上表面的钢骨架、设置在钢骨架上表面的聚合物抗裂砂浆面层和设置在聚合物抗裂砂浆面层上表面的第二耐减网格布,所述轻钢框架包括两根主肋和两根端肋,两根主肋和两根端肋通过焊接地方式连接在一起,形成轻钢框架,两根所述的主肋为镀锌肋,两根所述的端肋为镀锌肋。通过本发明所述的轻质混凝土板,不仅具备长久的耐久性和使用寿命,而且还能提高后期强度、降低生产成本。
The invention provides a lightweight concrete plate and a manufacturing method thereof.
