The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a lightweight concrete block including lightweight aggregate. A lightweight concrete block includes: 1,300-1,700 parts by weight of water; 8-12 parts by weight of a fluidization agent; 13-17 parts by weight of an early strength agent; 1,700-2,300 parts by weight of cement; 40-50 parts by weight of lightweight aggregate; and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent. The lightweight concrete block is manufactured through: a first step of creating a first mixture by inserting water, a fluidization agent and an early strength agent into a stirring machine including a plurality of rotary stirring wings and mixing the same; a second step of creating a second mixture by inserting cement into the stirring machine in which the first mixture has been created, and mixing the same; a third step of creating a third mixture by inserting lightweight aggregate and a foaming agent into the stirring machine in which the second mixture has been created, and mixing the same; a fourth step of inserting the third mixture into a mold for manufacturing a lightweight concrete block; a fifth step of curing the mixture in the mold as the lightweight concrete block; a sixth step of removing the completely cured lightweight concrete block from the mold; and a sixth step of cutting the lightweight concrete block removed from the mold in accordance with predetermined standards. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling efficient production by applying a steam heating procedure.
본 발명은 경량골재가 포함된 경량 콘크리트 블록의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 물 1,300 내지 1,700 중량부; 유동화제 8 내지 12 중량부; 조강제 13 내지 17 중량부; 시멘트 1,700 내지 2,300 중량부; 경량골재 40 내지 50 중량부; 및, 기포제 0.5 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하도록 구성되며, 회전하는 다수의 교반날개가 구비된 교반기에 물, 유동화제, 및 조강제를 투입하고 혼합하여 제1혼합물을 생성하는 제1단계; 제1혼합물이 생성된 교반기에 시멘트를 투입하고 혼합하여 제2혼합물을 생성하는 제2단계; 제2혼합물이 생성된 교반기에 경량골재와 기포제를 투입하고 혼합하여 제3혼합물을 생성하는 제3단계; 제3혼합물을 경량 콘크리트 블록을 제조하는 형틀에 투입하는 제4단계; 형틀에서 경량 콘크리트 블록으로 양생시키는 제5단계; 양생이 완료된 경량 콘크리트 블록을 형틀에서 탈거하는 제6단계; 및, 형틀에서 탈거된 경량 콘크리트 블록을 미리 설정된 규격에 맞추어 절단하는 제7단계;의 과정으로 제조된다.
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a lightweight concrete block including lightweight aggregate. A lightweight concrete block includes: 1,300-1,700 parts by weight of water; 8-12 parts by weight of a fluidization agent; 13-17 parts by weight of an early strength agent; 1,700-2,300 parts by weight of cement; 40-50 parts by weight of lightweight aggregate; and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent.
