The invention discloses a device for controlling floor slab steel bar spacing and slab thickness. The device comprises a fixing sleeve, an anchoring steel sheet, a pushing rod and a plurality of rectangular concrete blocks, wherein the adjacent rectangular concrete blocks are arranged on a floor slab base surface at intervals of two meters; the arrangement direction of the rectangular concrete blocks is consistent with the arrangement direction of steel bars on the floor slab base surface; arc-shaped notches for placing the steel bars are formed in the same sides of the top surfaces and the bottom surfaces of the rectangular concrete blocks respectively; connecting holes for the fixing sleeve to penetrate through are formed in the rectangular concrete blocks and located in the other sides of the arc-shaped notches in the vertical direction; and the detachable anchoring steel sheet is arranged at the top end, penetrating through the connecting holes of the rectangular concrete blocks, of the fixing sleeve. The strength grade of the rectangular concrete blocks is the same as that of floor slab concrete of a used floor, the height of the rectangular concrete blocks is consistent with the thickness of the floor slab of the used floor, and the effect of controlling the floor slab thickness and the steel bar spacing can be achieved.
