The invention discloses a novel ceramic tile leveler and a ceramic tile laying method using the same, and solves the problems that the labor intensity of decoration workers is high and the working efficiency is low due to a tedious method of laying dry ash, compacting and leveling for multiple times, pouring mortar, compacting, leveling and finally beautifying seams in the conventional ceramic tile laying process. The novel ceramic tile leveler comprises a C-shaped iron clamp, a first threaded hole, an adjusting screw, a bayonet, a second threaded hole and a fastening screw; the first threaded hole is formed in the middle of one side of the top end of the C-shaped iron clamp in a penetrating mode; the adjusting screw is screwed in the first threaded hole; the bayonet is formed in the middle of one side of the C-shaped iron clamp; the non-through second threaded hole is formed in the middle of the other side of the top end of the C-shaped iron clamp; and and the fastening screw is connected into the second threaded hole in a screwed mode. After the leveler is used, the previous construction process is changed, the use amount of bonding materials is greatly reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, the construction quality is improved, the geothermal conversion rate is increased, the ground is more attractive and elegant, no gap exists, and the ground is more sanitary and easier to clean.
一种新型瓷砖调平器及使用该调平器的瓷砖铺设方法,解决了现有的瓷砖铺设一般先铺干灰后砸实找平多次、再浇灰浆、砸实、调平、最后美缝的繁琐方法,装修工人的劳动强度大,工作效率低的问题,其包括C型铁卡具、第一螺纹孔、调节螺丝、卡口、第二螺纹孔和紧固螺丝,所述C型铁卡具顶端一侧的中部开设有贯穿的第一螺纹孔,第一螺纹孔内旋接有调节螺丝,C型铁卡具一侧的中部开设有卡口,C型铁卡具顶端另一侧的中部开设未贯穿的第二螺纹孔,第二螺纹孔内旋接有紧固螺丝。使用本调平器后,改变了以往的施工工艺,大大降低了粘接材料的使用量,也降低了劳动强度,提高了施工质量,增加了地热转换率,也让地面更美观大方没有缝隙让地面卫生更易清理。
