The invention discloses an intelligent door and window capable of self-adaptively adjusting and controlling temperature, and belongs to the field of intelligent doors and windows. The intelligent door and window can realize that water is injected into a water storage tank and then enters a water storage bag, a temperature sensor is triggered to start a small air pump to inflate a telescopic air bag along with temperature rise, the telescopic air bag drives a sliding-in pushing device to lift to extrude a pressed ball through an ejector block, the pressed ball is stressed and compressed to transmit pressure to the water storage bag through a pushing block, therefore water in the water storage bag is atomized and sprayed through an atomizing nozzle to form fine water mist, the water mist is easy to vaporize to absorb heat, the temperature is rapidly adjusted, meanwhile, after the pressed volume of the pressed ball is reduced, the air pressure is increased to push away a rotating block, air is sprayed out from the front end of a side air pipe to form airflow, the airflow drives water mist formed by spraying of the atomizing nozzle to flow in an accelerated mode, the temperature is further adjusted efficiently, rapid cooling is completed, damage caused by the high temperature to a window frame and a window is reduced, and the possibility that the window bursts to hurt people is reduced.
