The invention discloses a construction waste sweeping and crushing device capable of being connected with a construction engineering vehicle. The construction waste sweeping and crushing device comprises a connecting transposition device, a transmission device, a translation device and a crushing and sweeping device which are arranged on a rack, and is connected with the engineering vehicle through a connecting shaft on the connecting transposition device; after the device is connected with the engineering vehicle, a mechanical set in the connecting transposition device operates to adjust the sweeping angle, and after the angle is adjusted, a mechanical set in the transmission device operates to drive the crushing and sweeping device to rotate to crush and sweep ground construction waste; and according to the conditions of sweeping sites, an internal mechanical group of the translation device operates to adjust the height of the crushing and cleaning device to adapt to different pavement environments.
