The invention discloses an asphalt pavement sealing compact reduction curing agent and a construction process thereof, and relates to the technical field of curing agents. The asphalt pavement maintenance agent comprises a component A and a component B which are independent of each other, wherein the component A comprises styrene, an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, an organic solvent A, deionized water, a penetrating agent, a heat stabilizer A and a dispersing agent; and the component B comprises a curing agent, an organic solvent B, asphalt, an asphalt regenerant and a heat stabilizer B. The asphalt pavement sealing compact reduction curing agent and the construction process thereof have the advantages that the asphalt pavement sealing compact reduction curing agent has extremely high affinity and good sealing performance, can quickly permeate into the pavement to form a whole with the surface layer of the old pavement to jointly expand and contract, has good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and can effectively resist erosion of organic solvents, chemicals and ultraviolet rays; therefore, the purpose of protecting the road surface asphalt is achieved, the influence on the environment is extremely weak, and the product is green and environment-friendly.
