The invention discloses a side span cast-in-place section cantilever bearing system and a construction method thereof. The bearing system comprises a bearing platform on the pile foundation, a pier column connected to the bearing platform, a bent cap connected to the pier column, two sets of bailey beam assemblies connected to the two ends of the bent cap respectively, rear fixing pieces connected between the rear ends of the bailey beam assemblies and the bent cap, a bottom beam perpendicularly connected to the lower portions of the front ends of the two sets of bailey beam assemblies, a front fixing piece connected between the front end of each bailey beam assembly and the bottom beam, and a branch connecting beam connected between the cover beam and the bottom beam. Through the arrangement of the bailey beam assembly, pouring formwork foundation supporting of the side span beam is facilitated; through the arrangement of the front fixing piece and the rear fixing piece, the front end and the rear end can be fixed, and a mounting foundation is indirectly provided for the branch connecting beam; through the arrangement of the connector, accurate positioning, convenient installation and monitoring of the construction stress process are facilitated; and through the arrangement of the reinforcing chord members at the top, the internal reinforcing pieces and the ejector rods, the integrity, the construction safety and the reliability of the bailey beam assembly can be guaranteed.
