The problems that an existing side span closure section prestress steel strand construction process is high in economic cost and large in quality control difficulty are solved. The invention provides a cantilever casting cast-in-place beam side span closure section steel strand construction method, which comprises the following steps of: during side span cast-in-place section construction, threading and burying a steel strand at a P anchor position in advance, and reserving a steel strand penetrating through a closure section and a cantilever section, respectively arranging exposed reserved corrugated pipes at the positions of the side span cast-in-place section and the cantilever section of the corrugated pipe, during constructionof the side span closure section, threading the reserved steel strands in place, meanwhile, enabling the longitudinal corrugated pipe installed on the closure section to be in lap joint with the reserved corrugated pipe during construction of the cast-in-place section and the cantilever section, and densely winding the lap joint position with adhesive tape, and after corrugated pipe constructionis completed, arranging supplementary grouting pipes on the two sides of the joint surface of the closure section. The construction method has the beneficial effects that construction is easy and convenient, the influence and modification on the bridge structure are small, and the situation that the bridge structure is damaged is avoided.
本发明涉及桥梁施工领域,旨在解决现有边跨合龙段预应力钢绞线施工工艺经济成本高、质量控制难度大的问题,提供一种悬臂浇筑现浇梁边跨合龙段钢绞线施工方法,在进行边跨现浇段施工时,将P锚位置的钢绞线提前穿束埋设,并预留穿过合龙段和悬臂段内的钢绞线;边跨现浇段和悬臂段位置波纹管分别设有外露的预留波纹管;边跨合龙段施工时,将预留的钢绞线穿束到位;同时将合龙段安装的纵向波纹管与现浇段、悬臂段施工时预留波纹管搭接,搭接位置用胶带缠绕密实;波纹管施工完毕后,在合龙段结合面两侧均布置补充压浆管。本发明的有益效果是施工简单便捷,对桥梁结构影响和改动均较小,没有出现损坏桥梁结构的情况。
