The invention provides a construction method of a static pressure steel pipe carrier pile. The construction method is closely attached to the specific construction environment in the field of foundation reinforcement construction, the dead load of an existing building is used as the counter force of pile pressing, a unique static pressure technology that a pressing pipe filler is connected into the pile in a sleeved mode is adopted, the filler is extruded through static force of a jack, a carrier is formed at the bottom of the static pressure steel pipe pile, and therefore the action relation between the pile end of the static pressure steel pipe pile and a foundation soil body is changed. The bearing capacity of the static pressure steel pipe pile is further improved by improving the bearing capacity of the foundation soil body at the pile end.
