Stirring shafts and stirring blades are arranged at the bottoms of the steel pipe piles; water wheels are arranged at the upper ends of the stirring shafts; the water pressure output equipment of the steel pipe pile comprises a high-pressure water pipe, the lower portion of the high-pressure water pipe communicates with an elbow, and the elbow is provided with a nozzle used for pushing a water wheel; the water pressure output equipment further comprises a bracket, cantilevers of the bracket correspond to the elbows, and each cantilever is arranged above the corresponding elbow in a covering mode.
