Leveling method of pile stabilizing platform
The invention discloses a leveling method of a pile stabilizing platform. The leveling method comprises the following steps that 1, the pile stabilizing platform is hoisted to a construction machine position, and a plurality of pairs of vertically-opposite lifting lugs are welded to the outer sides of auxiliary piles and a platform frame body on the pile stabilizing platform; 2, the auxiliary piles and the platform frame body are connected through the paired lifting lugs by means of large turn buckles; 3, the levelness of the platform frame body is measured through a level gauge, the turn buckles at different positions are sequentially adjusted according to levelness calculation till the levelness of the platform frame body meets the levelness construction requirement, and the auxiliary piles and the platform frame body are welded and fixed through connecting plates after adjustment; and 4, the connecting plates are detached to disconnect fixation of the pile stabilizing platform and the auxiliary piles, and the turn buckles are adjusted to enable the pile stabilizing platform to recover to the initial height position and then be hoisted out of a seabed platform. The overall design is simple, the cost is low, the turn buckles are very convenient and rapid to adjust and use, large project amount does not need to be invested, the adjusting precision is high, construction is efficient, and the project progress can be accelerated.
本发明公开一种稳桩平台的调平方法包括以下步骤:步骤一:将稳桩平台吊至施工机位处,在辅助桩外侧以及稳桩平台上的平台架体上焊接数对呈竖直相对的吊耳;步骤二:采用大型花篮螺栓将辅助桩和平台架体之间成对的吊耳相连接;步骤三:水准仪测量平台架体水平度,根据水平度计算依次调节不同位置的花篮螺栓至平台架体的水平度满足水平施工要求,在调节之后通过连接板将辅助桩和平台架体焊接固定;步骤四:将连接板卸下断开稳桩平台和辅助桩的固定,调节花篮螺栓使稳桩平台恢复初始高度位置后吊出海底平台。本发明整体的设计简单,成本较低,花篮螺栓的调节使用非常方便快捷,无需投入较大的工程量,而且调节精度高,施工高效,利于加快工程进度。
