The invention relates to the technical field of building equipment, and particularly relates to a piling device for building a construction foundation. The piling device comprises a fixing frame, wherein a pile hammer is arranged in the fixing frame; a limiting device for limiting the pile hammer to swing left and right is arranged at the bottom of the fixing frame; and a driving device for driving the pile hammer to move up and down is arranged at the top of the fixing frame. According to the piling device for building the construction foundation, a rotatable L-shaped plate is arranged, a prefabricated pile is pushed to the end surface of the L-shaped plate and penetrates through the interior of a sleeving frame until the prefabricated pile abuts against the bottom of the L-shaped plate, a user can adjust the distance of four groups of L-shaped frames according to the length and the width of the prefabricated pile, so that the application range of the sleeving frame is wider; after fixing is completed, a motor drives a wire coil to rotate in a reciprocating mode, so that the pile hammer impacts the prefabricated pile downwards to realize piling; and an external tool is not needed in the process of erecting the prefabricated pile, so that the piling efficiency can be greatly improved.
