Device and method for directly preparing liquid water from air
The invention belongs to the technical field of gas separation, and particularly relates to a device for directly preparing liquid water from air. The device comprises a filter, an air blower, a composite membrane separator, a compressor, a condenser, some control valves and necessary pipelines. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, enabling moisture-containing raw material air to enter the filter to filter out particulate matters, and then feeding the air into the composite membrane separator through the air blower; firstly, enabling low-partial-pressure water vapor to be in contact with a composite membrane adsorption layer to be adsorbed and enriched, and outputting the water vapor through an outlet of the compressor by preferentially penetrating through the membrane separator under the action of separation power provided by the compressor; and continuously and efficiently obtaining the liquid water through a condensation technology, and discharging lean water vapor out of a system from a retention side of the membrane separator. Compared with a pure membrane separation method or a pure adsorption separation method or conventional methods such as compression and condensation, the device disclosed by the invention is higher in efficiency, and the separation process can be continuously carried out.
本发明属于气体分离技术领域,具体为一种直接从空气中分离水蒸气制取液态水的装置。本发明装置包括:过滤器、鼓风机、复合膜分离器、压缩机、冷凝器以及一些控制阀门及必要的管线。含湿原料空气首先进入过滤器过滤掉微粒物后,经鼓风机送入复合膜分离器,低分压水蒸汽首先接触到复合膜吸附层将被吸附、富集,并在压缩机提供的分离动力的作用下优先透过膜分离器经压缩机出口输出为水蒸汽,并经冷凝技术即可连续、高效的获得液态水,而贫水汽则从膜分离器滞留侧排出系统外。本发明相比于单纯以膜分离方法或单纯以吸附分离方法,或直接采用压缩、冷凝等常规方法,效率更高,并且分离过程可连续进行。
