Method for directly preparing foaming material from blast furnace slag
The invention provides a method for directly preparing a foaming material from blast furnace slag, which comprises the following steps: mixing the blast furnace slag with a hardening and tempering agent to obtain hardened and tempered slag; mixing a foaming agent with a foam stabilizer to obtain a mixed material; and mixing the hardened and tempered slag with the mixed material and a fluxing agent, and conducting foaming to obtain a foaming material, wherein the foaming temperature ranges from 1100 DEG C to 1200 DEG C, and the foaming time ranges from 20 min to 30 min; the foaming material isprepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 73.5-83.5% of blast furnace slag, 5-10% of a hardening and tempering agent, 0.5-1.5% of a foaming agent, 5-7% of a foam stabilizer and 6-8% of a fluxing agent. The blast furnace slag is used as a base material, and the hardening and tempering agent, the foaming agent, the foam stabilizer and the fluxing agent are added for foaming,so that the utilization rate of the blast furnace slag is increased, and the foaming material with uniform pore diameter, high pore-forming rate and a closed pore structure is obtained.
本发明提供了一种利用高炉熔渣直接制备发泡材料的方法,包括以下步骤:将高炉熔渣与调质剂混合,得到调质熔渣;将发泡剂与稳泡剂混合,得到混合物料;将所述调质熔渣与所述混合物料以及助熔剂混合,进行发泡,得到发泡材料;所述发泡的温度为1100~1200℃,所述发泡的时间为20~30min;所述发泡材料由包括以下组分的原料制备得到:73.5~83.5wt%高炉熔渣,5~10wt%调质剂,0.5~1.5wt%发泡剂,5~7wt%稳泡剂和6~8wt%助熔剂。本发明以高炉熔渣为基料,添加调质剂、发泡剂、稳泡剂以及助熔剂进行发泡,提高了高炉熔渣利用率,得到了孔径均匀、成孔率高、闭孔结构的发泡材料。
