The municipal energy-saving drainage structure comprises a reservoir, wherein a filter plate is arranged at an opening in the upper end of the reservoir; the reservoir communicates with a drainage pipe; three partition plates which are arranged in a stacked manner are arranged in the reservoir; the partition plate positioned in the middle is horizontally connected to the inner wall of the reservoir in a sliding manner; the partition plate positioned on the upper side is vertically connected to the inner wall of the reservoir in a sliding manner; the three partition plates are positioned below the drainage pipe; a plurality of through holes vertically penetrate through the three partition plates; a wedge block is arranged on the lower end face of the partition plate positioned on the upper side; the tip of the wedge block is arranged downwards; an inclined groove matched with the wedge block is formed in the upper end face of the partition plate in the middle; when the wedge block is inserted into the inclined groove, the through holes of the three partition plates communicate with one another; when the through holes of the three partition plates are staggered from one another, the wedge block is separated from the inclined groove; and an elastic piece for driving the partition plate in the middle to horizontally slide and forcing the inclined groove to be separated from the wedge block is arranged in the reservoir. The municipal energy-saving drainage structure disclosed by the invention has the effect of conveniently collecting rainwater when the rainfall is large.
