Bent steel member capable of preventing fatigue brittle fracture and assembling method
The invention provides a bent steel member capable of preventing fatigue brittle fracture and an assembling method. The bent steel member comprises a pressed upper flange, a pulled lower flange, a web, transverse stiffening ribs, angle steel connecting pieces and high-strength bolts, wherein the pressed upper flange is connected with the web through a longitudinal force transmission weld joint; the transverse stiffening ribs are arranged orthogonally with the web and the pressed upper flange, are connected with the web through a structural weld joint, and are flattened and tightened with the pressed upper flange or connected with the pressed upper flange through a structural weld joint; the angle steel connecting pieces are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the web; one limb of each angle steel connecting piece is connected with the web through a friction type high-strength bolt; and the other limb of each angle steel connecting piece is connected with the pulled lower flange through a friction type high-strength bolt. The bent steel member is simple in structure, reasonable in design and reliable in force transmission; the member is easy to machine and convenient to assemble; and the longitudinal force transmission weld joint of a pulled area plate is replaced by the friction type high-strength bolt connection, so that the bent steel member which directly bears the repeated action of a power load can be effectively prevented from fatigue brittle fracture.
一种能够防疲劳脆断的受弯钢构件及拼装方法,受弯钢构件包括受压上翼缘、受拉下翼缘、腹板、横向加劲肋、角钢连接件以及高强度螺栓,受压上翼缘与腹板采用纵向传力焊缝连接;横向加劲肋与腹板以及受压上翼缘正交布置,且与腹板采用构造焊缝连接,横向加劲肋与受压上翼缘刨平顶紧或采用构造焊缝连接;角钢连接件在腹板的两侧对称设置,且角钢连接件的一肢与腹板采用摩擦型高强度螺栓连接,另一肢与受拉下翼缘采用摩擦型高强度螺栓连接。本发明构造简单、设计合理且传力可靠,构件易于加工、拼接方便,通过摩擦型高强度螺栓连接代替受拉区板件的纵向传力焊缝,可有效防止直接承受动力荷载重复作用的受弯钢构件出现疲劳脆性断裂。
