The invention discloses a shock isolation device. The shock isolation device is arranged between two side walls and is used for horizontal shock isolation; the shock isolation device comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a plurality of springs and a viscous damper; the top plate is connected with one side wall of the two side walls; the bottom plate is connected with the other side wall of the two side walls; the viscous damper is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate; two ends of the viscous damper abut against the top plate and the bottom plate respectively; the plurality of springs are arranged in parallel and are evenly distributed outside the viscous damper; and two ends of each spring abut against the top plate and the bottom plate respectively. Correspondingly, the invention further provides a shock isolation system. The shock isolation device can prevent a shock isolation structure from having a large horizontal swing effect.
