Prefabricated filler wall and construction process
The invention discloses a prefabricated filler wall and a construction process. The prefabricated filler wall comprises a concrete construction layer 1, a heat preservation layer 2, mesh steel bars 3, web bar girders 4, groove-shaped vertical ribs 5, reinforcing sealing ribs 6 and bottom grooves 7. Through cooperative arrangement of the mesh steel bars 3, the web bar girders 4 and the reinforcing sealing ribs 6, the filler wall is more stable; through arrangement of the heat preservation layer 2, the heat preservation performance of the filler wall is improved; the groove-shaped vertical ribs 5 are arranged on the heat preservation layer 2 and used for storing the reinforcing sealing ribs 6, reinforcing ribs are formed after concrete is poured, the buckling deformation capacity and in-plane stability of a prefabricated wall body can be improved, and meanwhile the reinforcing ribs can serve as embedded part supporting points for hoisting of the prefabricated wall body; and in addition, through arrangement of the bottom grooves 7, the connection reliability of the wall body can be improved, and meanwhile the reinforcing ribs can serve as horizontal joint waterproof and water-stop measures.
本发明公开了预制填充墙及施工工艺,包括混凝土构造层1、保温层2、网状钢筋3、腹筋桁杆4、凹槽形竖肋5、加强封口筋6和底部凹槽7,通过网状钢筋3、腹筋桁杆4、加强封口筋6的配合设置,使得填充墙更加稳固,通过保温层2的设置提升了填充墙的保温性能,通过在保温层2上设置凹槽形竖肋5,用于放置加强封口钢筋6,待浇筑混凝土后形成加强肋,不仅能够提高预制墙体的翘曲变形能力和平面内稳定性,同时还可以作为预制墙体吊装用预埋件支撑点,此外通过底部凹槽7的设置,不仅能够提高墙体的连接可靠度,同时还可以作为水平缝防水和止水措施。
