The invention discloses a prefabricated constructional column for an infilled wall and a construction method thereof.The prefabricated constructional column comprises a concrete main body, longitudinal bars and stirrups fixed to the longitudinal bars are arranged in the concrete main body, the longitudinal bars and the stirrups are bound or welded to form a reinforcement cage, the lower ends of the longitudinal bars are flush with the concrete main body, and the upper ends of the longitudinal bars penetrate out of the concrete main body; the concrete body is provided with joint bar holes extending in the longitudinal bar direction, and openings in one ends of the joint bar holes are located in the lower end surface of the concrete body. After being prefabricated in a factory, the prefabricated assembly type constructional column is transported and hoisted to a site to be installed, constructional column joint bars and constructional column stirrups are reserved at the corresponding positions of a lower-layer building floor, the prefabricated assembly type constructional column for the infilled wall is hoisted to the corresponding positions, then grouting and fixing are conducted in joint bar holes, and connecting steel bars are reserved on an upper-layer floor; and then, a formwork is erected on the upper portion of the concrete body, and then the area between the concrete body and the upper-layer building floor slab is grouted and poured.
本发明公开了一种填充墙用预制装配式构造柱及其施工方法,包括混凝土主体,混凝土主体内设有纵筋和固定在纵筋上的箍筋,纵筋和箍筋绑扎或焊接成钢筋骨架,纵筋的下端与混凝土主体齐平,纵筋的上端穿出混凝体主体,混凝土主体上设有沿纵筋方向延伸的插筋孔,插筋孔的一端开口位于混凝土主体的下端表面。本发明在工厂预制完成后经运输吊装至现场进行安装,在下层建筑楼板上对应位置预留构造柱插筋和构造柱箍筋,将填充墙用预制装配式构造柱吊装至相应位置后向插筋孔内进行灌浆固定,在上层楼板上预留连接钢筋,使连接钢筋落入钢筋骨架的包围内,然后在混凝土主体的上部搭设模板,随后灌浆浇筑所述混凝土主体与上层建筑楼板之间的区域。
