The invention discloses an exposed steel bar protection structure of a concrete pouring structure. The exposed steel bar protection structure comprises a concrete column, wherein a protection shell is arranged on the upper wall of the concrete column; a fixed pipe is arranged on the side wall of the protection shell in a sleeving manner; the side wall of the protection shell is fixedly connected with a fixed plate; a thread is arranged on the side wall of the fixed pipe; the side wall of the fixed pipe is in thread connection with a rotary plate; and a fixing mechanism for fixing the protection shell is arranged below the rotary plate. The exposed steel bar protection structure of the concrete pouring structure is reasonable in structural design; the protection shell is fixed on the concrete column and a steel bar can be isolated from an external environment, so that the exposed steel bar protection structure has a certain protection effect; an air bag is expanded and water can be effectively prevented from entering the protection shell, so that a condition that the steel bar is rusted is avoided, and furthermore, the protection effect of the device on the steel bar is improved; and the exposed steel bar protection structure can also be applicable to protection of steel bars with different lengths and an applicable range of the device is expanded.
