Embedded square wooden column self-resetting column base applicable to high-rise wood structure
The invention provides an embedded square wooden column self-resetting column base applicable to a high-rise wood structure. The embedded square wooden column self-resetting column base is characterized in that a component part with a self-resetting function is composed of a flange plate (2), a web plate (3), a lower end plate (4), an upper end plate (7) and a prestressed tendon (5), is embedded into a wooden column reserved notch (10) and is connected by penetrating a rivet through a web plate reserved hole (11); the prestressed tendon (5) passes through an end plate reserved hole (12) and is fixed on the upper end plate (7) and the lower end plate (4) through an anchorage device (8); and the lower end plate (4) and an anchor nail (9) are welded and are poured into a concrete foundation (6). According to the embedded square wooden column self-resetting column base provided by the invention, the vertical bearing capacity and the lateral stiffness of a wooden column are improved, and the self-resetting function of the square wooden column in the high-rise wood structure is realized; dangers of relatively great lateral displacement and residual deformation of the wood structure under an earthquake are avoided; and the embedded square wooden column self-resetting column base can be applicable to column base joints of the square wooden columns in high-rise wood structure houses and public buildings.
一种高层木结构适用的内嵌式方形木柱自复位柱脚,其特征在于翼缘板(2)、腹板(3)、下端板(4)、上端板(7)、预应力筋(5)组成带有自复位功能的构件部分,并内嵌在木柱预留槽口(10),并通过铆钉穿过腹板预留孔洞(11)进行连接,预应力筋(5)通过端板预留孔洞(12)并由锚具(8)固定于上端板(7)和下端板(4),下端板(4)与锚钉(9)焊接并浇筑于混凝土基础(6)中。本发明提高了木柱的竖向承载力和抗侧刚度,并实现了高层木结构中方形木柱的自复位功能,避免地震下木结构发生较大侧移和残余变形的危害,可以适用于高层木结构住宅和公共建筑中的方形木柱的柱脚节点。
