The invention provides an advanced grouting method for a tunnel face of a cement-rich rock stratum. The advanced grouting method comprises the following steps that (1) advanced geological forecast is conducted; (2) the tunnel face of the cement-rich rock stratum is subjected to grouting design, and a target grouting reinforcement area is determined; (3) monitoring points are arranged in the target grouting reinforcement area; (4) a grouting stopping wall is poured, and advanced grouting hole positions and advanced pipe shed hole positions are designed; (5) advanced grouting and advanced pipe shed drilling operation are conducted; (6) advanced grouting liquid and advanced pipe shed grouting liquid are prepared; (7) advanced grouting construction is conducted; and (8) advanced pipe shed construction is conducted. According to the advanced grouting method for the tunnel face of the cement-rich rock stratum, the tunnel face is subjected to advanced grouting, effective reinforcement treatment is conducted, the construction risk is avoided, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
