Inorganic reinforced admixture, concrete and application thereof
The invention provides an inorganic reinforced admixture and concrete, based on the mass of the inorganic reinforced admixture, the inorganic reinforced admixture comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70%-80% of sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 10%-30% of gypsum and 0.5%-0.8% of nano calcium silicate hydrate whisker. The inorganic reinforced admixture can improve the early strength and later strength of concrete and other products and reduce volume shrinkage, a new cementing material is formed after the inorganic reinforced admixture is added into ordinary Portland cement, and the hydration hardening process of the inorganic reinforced admixture is similar to that of existing silicate and sulphoaluminate composite cement which is researched in quantity. Compared with other common admixtures or cement not doped with any admixture, the composite cement system doped with the inorganic reinforced admixture has the advantages that the initial hydration heat release rate is increased, the resistivity is reduced, the early hydration speed is increased, the porosity of a cement hardened body is reduced, and the structure is relatively compact.
本发明提出了一种无机增强掺合料及混凝土,基于所述无机增强掺合料的质量计,包括如下质量百分含量的原料:硫铝酸盐水泥熟料70%‑80%,石膏10%‑30%和纳米水化硅酸钙晶须0.5%‑0.8%。本发明的无机增强掺合料,能够提高混凝土等制品的早期和后期强度、减少体积收缩,将本发明的无机增强掺合料加入到普通硅酸盐水泥后形成新的胶凝材料,其水化硬化过程类似于已有大量研究的硅酸盐与硫铝酸盐的复合水泥。相对于其他常用掺合料或者不掺杂任何掺合料的水泥相比,掺加本发明的无机增强掺合料的复合水泥体系初期水化放热速率增大,电阻率减小,其早期水化速度加快,水泥硬化体的孔隙率减小,结构较密实。
