Preferably, based on the mass of the white calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent, the mass percentage of the white calcium sulphoaluminate clinker is 20%-80%. According to the white calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent disclosed by the invention, not only is the Hentt whiteness greatly improved, but also the whiteness is uniform, the volume deformation of a concrete or mortar material can be remarkably improved, the shrinkage is compensated, the waterproof and anti-seepage effects are improved, meanwhile, the early and later strength of the concrete or mortar material and the like can be greatly improved, and the demolding time is accelerated.
