Method for producing carbon-carbon composite material blank for airplane brake disc
The invention provides a method for producing a carbon-carbon composite material blank for an airplane brake disc. The method comprises the following steps: performing chemical vapor infiltration on carbon brake disc preforms (4) by using carbon source gas in a CVI furnace, stacking the carbon brake disc preforms into a cylindrical stock column during charging, and paving vegetable parchment between any two adjacent layers of carbon brake disc preforms; and during ventilation, carbon source gas is divided into two paths to reach the stock column from bottom to top, wherein one path leads to the inner surface of the stock column, and the other path leads to the outer surface of the stock column. The method provided by the invention is helpful for improving the content of pyrolytic carbon in the rough layer in the carbon-carbon composite material green body, so that the product quality consistency is improved.
