Sludge ceramsite high-performance lightweight aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses sludge ceramsite high-performance lightweight aggregate concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 440-525 parts of a cementing material, 480-615 parts of lightweight aggregate, 650-680 parts of sand, 17-21 parts of an admixture and 550-640 parts of water. The high-performance lightweight aggregate concrete is prepared by uniformly mixing the cement, the fly ash, the sludge ceramsite, the sand, the water reducing agent and the water according to a scientific and reasonable ratio, is simple in preparation process and easy to popularize and use, and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, heat preservation and sound insulation as the sludge ceramsite is used instead of common sandstone; and meanwhile, the use of sandstone is reduced, the environment is protected, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种淤泥陶粒高性能轻骨料混凝土,包括以下重量份的原料:胶凝材料440‑525份,轻集料480‑615份,砂650‑680份,外加剂17‑21份,水550‑640份;本发明通过科学合理的配比,将水泥、粉煤灰、淤泥陶粒、砂、减水剂和水均匀混合到一起,制备成该高性能轻骨料混凝土,制备工艺简单,容易便于推广使用,并且利用淤泥陶粒替代普通的砂石,保证该混凝土具有轻质、高强、保温、隔音的特点,同时减少了砂石的使用,有利于保护环境和降低生产成本。
