The invention provides a preparation method of an oil sludge ceramsite lightweight aggregate. The method comprises: S1, mixing oil sludge and active sludge, adding fly ash during the mixing process, and dividing the obtained mixture into a mud material 1 and a mud material 2 according to a weight ratio of 1: 3; S2, mixing the construction waste and the coal gangue, crushing and grinding until the particle size is 0.2-0.5 mm, then mixing spoil and fly ash into the mixture, uniformly stirring, and drying at 90-100 DEG C; S3, mixing the first dry powder into the mud material 2 to form slurry, and putting the slurry, the second dry powder and the mud material 1 jointly into a turbulent flow stirrer for stirring; S4, introducing the mixture obtained in the step S3 into a disc granulator for granulation, gradually adding third dry powder in the granulation process, and granulating to obtain raw material balls; and S5, heating and roasting the raw material balls, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the oil sludge ceramsite lightweight aggregate. The use amount of the oil sludge is about 20wt%, and a large amount of oil sludge can be consumed and treated, so that harmless treatment of the oil sludge is effectively realized.
